Please read all instructions carefully before filling out the registration form.

• Kindly ensure that all details entered are accurate and genuine.
• Qualified professionals who are not practicing but are engaged in business as traders in our industry segment are requested to fill out the Trader Form.
• Any incorrect, misleading, incomplete or mismatched information may result in rejection of the registration form without prior notice. In such cases, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Hotel stay will be provided on a sharing basis. A room allotment process will be released 15 days prior to the event. At that time, you may choose your preferred room partner from among the delegates joining NEXANGAM Kota, based on mutual understanding.
• Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
• Please keep your payment proof, photograph, and required details ready before starting the registration process.
